The first step is to assess the kitchen space. Determine whether the project involves a new premises requiring full construction or the optimization of an existing kitchen or restaurant provided by the client.

Step 2: Layout & Equipment Recommendations
Based on the kitchen’s layout and available power capacity, recommendations are made for the necessary equipment and a custom-designed layout. This ensures the kitchen is optimized for multi-brand operations and achieves optimal operational efficiency.

Step 3: Concept Selection
Choose from over 200 tailored Food & Beverage (F&B) concepts, specifically designed for both cloud kitchen and traditional setups. The most suitable concepts are selected based on client preferences and kitchen configuration. These concepts cover a wide range of cuisines—including pizza, pasta, traditional, international, breakfast, and more. Each concept comes with complete recipes, menus, and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth execution.

Step 4: Concept Integration
Once the concepts are selected, they are seamlessly integrated into the kitchen layout, ensuring that the design and equipment support efficient multi-brand operations.

Step 5: Final Setup & Staff Training
The final kitchen setup is completed with the selected concepts fully integrated. If required, a central kitchen is established. Staffing requirements are finalized, and comprehensive training is provided to ensure smooth and efficient operations from day one.
